I cleared the 'obstacle'. I would tell you more about it -- the day(22nd August 2008) I went to Boon Lay Secondary School, a neighbourhood secondary school.

It was a day of 'passion', anxiousness and excitement -- since I had not seen my school for so many years. It was so great to be able to have a day of 'leave' from my home.

Roots Of Wisdom
The garden fascinated me. It was such a beautiful sight. All the plants touched me. They 'tell' me something. Even the stone speaks. This is awesome, the wonders of the Holy Spirit.

Stone Speaks: This is among the many stones that I see. This one is the first that I see. The one just outside the school (the general office), the place where I spent so much time 'admiring' and 'appreciating' the beauty of the plants and garden.

Closer-view of the stone: Boon Lay, The Magnificent -- in between the plant, it is the plant, together with the words and the words on the stone and the granite 'tablet' that touches me.

The sight of this reminds me and tells me of so many things. Memories flashes in my head. I cried. It is cries of touch, cries of LOVE, the awesome wonders of God, the Magnificent works of God.

I have lived up to the Motto of the school. To Love and To Forgive. And who is the creator of my life, and what is life all about? This is the greatest art of life, who can be as powerful as God, words made flesh?

This is Cinnamon,one of the most important spices in the world, is a tree belonging to the Lauraceae family. The bark of the tree is what is used as a spice.

Education: Teachers and Student of Singapore
Was this a plant planted by someone in the school? Who would plant such a plant there? Why this plant and not other plants? No such things as coincidence. I had seen my 4 0'clock plants showed wonders, I had seen my bryophyllum plant grown miraculously too. This is another wonder.... This is the first plant that I saw in the backyard of Yung An Primary School one day, when I was in Primary Four. It was Primary Four that I started wearing spectacles. It was Primary four, the many wonderful stories.......

This plant, which I asked my teacher, Mrs Kek.... She did not even know the name of this plant also. I got no answer either. But I saw this plant everytime during recess time... Do you know how long I take to know the name of this plant? It was until my university days, my Botany class, that I came to know about the name of this plant, a cinnamon, learned from my lecturer, Prof Wee. I love botany class, plants are my favourite subject of studies.

In this garden, I saw another of my grandmother favourite plant also (besides Flaming Dragon Plant)... a plant that she always want to drink... This is really such a 'strange' world... amazing!

Spirits United
Before I left the school, the same type of black and white butterfly visited the ixora plant, another plant of significant importance....

Living With Dignity
This is my greatest achievement. Pigs can fly.

Singapore My Homeland
It is said that Singapore has the best standard of Education. Even China people, and many other foreigners come here to study. We do not have much resources here, but we have PEOPLE, how good is our Education system? How great is our LAWYER here in Singapore? Teachers are greater or Lawyers are greater? This is a challenge, a great challenge.

Bicycle Lots

On 12.6.08, the piece of notice from Sembawang Town Council still exist, pasting on the wall above this bicycle. Yesterday, 13.6.08, the notice was gone. All our bicycles including this one, still left untouched. We cycled to the church at about 7pm.

What is called obstruction? This is really obstruction! No Notice, No warning... Prejudice or Ignorance?

This is Woodgrove, just outside 7-11. We were going to the church and we need to park our bicycles at the bicycle lots behind.

Anything with two-wheels parking lots

This is the bicycle parking lots just outside 7-11 at Woodgrove. I hate to park the bicycle here, but got no choice, no other nearest place to park the bicycle. This place looked so dirty, it's like a back and black alley.

Meaning of Bicycle need to be re-defined and simplified for better understanding of lay person perhaps:

At Woodgrove, this is meant for bicycles only, but look at this! Motor cycle parking at Bicycle lots, Free-Parking -- Save Money!

混水摸鱼

Just beside these bicycle lots, these are all the motorcycles, working and 'non-working'...

There are always complaints about bicycle cycling on the walkways. Motor cycle using pedestrian walkways. They are even more dangerous than bicycle!

Yesterday was a 'terrible' day. After church, on the way home, we met teenagers cycling so dangerously on the road. There were also a gang of 'ang mo' kids, just outside Esso station, all sitting on the pedestrian walkway, with their 2 bicycles lying on the middle of the walkway, occupying the whole width of the pavement. This was too much, and these caucasian youngsters did not even stand up to 'excuse us' or even said sorry at all. They just 'act normal' and we had to cycle on the grass. Even pedestrian cannot walk on the pavement! They were so inconsiderate!

Singapore Litter Free

That is a green rubbish bin at the bus-stop, behind the green barrier at the centre of the road.

This is how the rubbish bin looks like. It reads "Singapore Litter Free". Litter, a piece of tissue paper was outside/beside the bin.

Similar rubbish bin on junction of traffic lights, litter everywhere -- M&M wrappers, paper cups, plastic bags, flyers and many others.

Despite the green fence/barrier, people still parked their vehicles along the double yellow lines. That is obstruction to the traffic, this is real obstruction! This is where steps need to be taken and yet THEY go and 'find fault' over at my block!

Singaporean "Too Educated", all working indoors, who will work outdoors....

Woodlands Civic Centre

My life revolves round this place, Woodlands, my home.... Causeway Point was the First and now Civic Centre.

Causeway Point has been in existence for many years, since the birth of my son, those days of 'Teletubbies'. There were several photographs taken at Causeway Point with the 'Teletubbies'. From 'little' people, now Causeway Point is such a successful shopping centre, with crowds every weekends.

It was such a shocking news to read of the murder of the cleaner at Causeway Point. I had recent 'bad' experience with some of the 'old' cleaners at Horizon Food Court. The Attitude of the 'First Steward' cleaners were bad. Shall mention about them some other time...

Motorcycle Free Parking

Messy, very messy here.... bicycles, motor cycles, vans, cars, all parking on the roadside and 'blocking' the pedestrian pathway. Every Saturday, I WOULD SEE motorcycles parked under the bridge, FOR SURE -- never one day without motor cycles there.

Bicycle Parking

Notice being put up now, but who cares?? Look at this!!!

Everytime heard of people complaining about bicycles and no one talked about Motorcycles! They are worst than bicycles if you think about it!!!!

Litter-Free Singapore

Community Involvement Programme(CIP)
Litter-Free rubbish bin here and there at bus-stops, so nice, but I see rubbish everywhere on pavements, on roads, on grass, on shrubs even! This seems to be my CIP, I am 'picking' rubbish.

How terrible it is. Can you imagine now what is Education? In school, you are asked to 'behave', and perhaps do CIP, but outside of the school, this is what happens (when there is no policemen around).

More troubles, more problems to come.... The people I see, the things I see.....

Woodlands HDB Flat

This is outside my house, big space, is it obstructing the way? That bicycle at the railing is not mine. WE RESIDENTS did not complain about that. WE ARE NOT that fussy. WE are reasonable and we respect our neighbours. As long as they are not obstructing 'anything', not causing great interference to our lives, why bother about such little things???

When I think I can have Peace since GL never said anything and we were 'settled' about corridors, never even raised any issue. Asked him to come to my house to 'talk about' ceiling and water seepage problems, and he end up 'diverting' to other issues. That was all over, but Now this sickening matter just appeared out of the blue, they called the shots, like to do what also can!

Pasting ON Walls
I can easily tear it off! What sort of nonsense is this? Ask people not to paste on walls and this SEMBAWANG TOWN COUNCIL pasting NOTICE on the wall of our building, our flat, outside our house, at our common corridor! Crazy, what are they preaching???

Parking of bicycles at the staircase railing/piping/common areas is not allowed. The corridor and staircase is a fire exit route. In the event of an emergency, this will impede rescue and escape.

Causing obstruction at common area is an offence. You are required to remove it by 8 Jun 2008. Failing which we will remove it without further notice/advice.

You are encouraged to park the bicycles at the bicycle racks located at the void deck of the block or to keep them indoors.

This is making my blood boils!!!! Stupid, really stupid!!! Our void deck got no bicycle racks, so called bicycle racks or whatever for parking of bicycle!!!! Stupid idea, stupid!!!!

Communication Vs Education
We pay money to Sembawang Town Council for what? Never give us anything. Our neighbours even never complain of anything. We neighbours at this level are FINE with everything. And now this stupid NOTICE want people to NOTICE YOU. Don't even DARE to come and TALK to me PERSONALLY.

If you don't feel guilty, if your CONSCIENCE ask you to DO IT
REMOVE if you want, what is this stupid TOWN COUNCIL for doing such a thing to RESIDENTS? STEALING BICYCLE?

Without Proper Education, how many Bicycle Racks Also NO USE
Look at Woodlands Civic Centre, just outside Woodlands Library here. Look at how people park their bicycle EVEN when there are given proper bicycle racks or whatever you called it. My block don't even have any bicycle racks, if there are, you would be sure I would be using them. How many people in my block need to bring our bicycle up and down the lift!!!!

ALL FOR SHOW, ONLY HEAR and DO NOTHING, DO NOTHING
Policemen came for 'routine show', to ask about 'any problems living in this block, blah blah blah...', the MP came asking the same thing. Complained, told them our concern, our issues, but THEY NEVER CARE, THEY NEVER LISTEN. I ZIPPED my mouth, I stopped opening my mouth. FINE. DO ANYTHING YOU LIKE.

Inside The HOME

Can you imagine this is my HOME, the so-called Litter-Free and Clean Singapore? This morning, I saw the cleaner walking up the stairs to sweep the car park also.

This is the life of a DOG, the life of a HDB housewife, the life of a Paper-Chasing Personnel.

Little Free or Litter Free??
Today, what makes my blood boil was the stupid notice about the bicycle from Sembawang Town Council. They did not put the notice at their proper place (notice board at lift lobby), but pasted on the walls. Other place should control and they never control, but come here to do 'unnecessary' work.

This photograph was taken on 21st May, the day I was so frustrated with all mess around, and the kind of 'uncooperative' people around. Do you know that this green rubbish bin was so 'kana sai' (looked like shit -- people go and burn it, so dirty and so unhygienic also!

Home Improvement: More Than Just The Surface
But thank you so much for replacing a brand new rubbish bin today. Saw it just the moment I came downstairs from my house. That was so much better. So I am fair, you give us good thing I say you good, if you are not doing something well, it is just not right. But I tell you, this rubbish bin, I used to push it aside, somewhere far from the letter box, but later it end up back to this position. It is so unhygienic -- everytime I want to open letter box, I have to stand beside the rubbish bin, can you imagine it? Why the rubbish bin MUST placed so near the letter box? They think that like that people would throw the flyers and unnecessary papers in the rubbish bin (just because it is NEAR)?? Look at the photograph and you can see whether I am right or wrong.

New or old rubbish bin, people would not use them if PEOPLE DON'T WANT to use them. What colour you use, if PEOPLE REFUSE to use the rubbish bin, no matter where you place them, they will Not SEE IT.

For Singapore, For My Home!!!
MY STORY NOT FINISH YET. So much things to be improved at my block, it is 'lousy' management. What sort of People Communication? Come my house also got not much time to 'listen' to my story!!!!! Only show their face and GO. Like that call DO WORK.

Too Many Things To Be Commented!
Being a Resident of WOODLANDS, I have the right to suggest. I am a Singaporean and I have a right to voice my opinion and to say the Truth. Not happy, offended, then go back to school ask the teacher what is EDUCATION and what is called LEARNING. I will show you my 'evidence' in my subsequent post. I don't say things which have no basis and without proof also. Don't believe me go and check history, go and check if I got any records, and what kind of records I have!

House of God

The house of God is the house that has God as the ruler of their house. God is the master of the house. Words of God are found in the Bible. The family in the house obeys God and follows the God's way of Life.

Never had I been so excited and so anxious. I am so eager to receive the words of the God, Bible Lessons which I had responded, asked for it and mailed out. I was awaiting for its return -- For more than a month, I had been looking at mailboxes and wondering if my Bible Lessons have arrived. I was so afraid that my letters did not reach the other party.

Waiting for more than a month, and fearing that my letters would not be able to reach one of the designated commercial mailboxes of the United States, I had stopped looking forward to it anymore, giving up hope and not expecting anymore. I thought: Perhaps, I did not put enough postage stamps on it. On the other hand, I got a little bit of inner 'sound' telling me, "Have faith."

The house of God is a beautiful house because the family follows the words of God, the creator of this beautiful earth.

Suddenly, one day, never did I expected it, I was overwhelmed by the sight of the letter at the hand of my husband. He was the one who opened our letterbox, one of the many small cubicles of residential mailboxes at the void deck of our house. I was really thankful and overjoyed. Excited and anxious, I began reading the words of God, the Good News of God, as delivered from the World Bible School.

The house of God has sufficient manna (food) to eat. The family will work hard to make their own fruits of work blossomed.

I longed for the words of God, I know how hard it is for human being to lead a life without guidance. God is the giver of life and being the creator of life, he has all the laws and ways to guide us to lead a good life. The house that is blessed with God is a house of Bliss and a house of Peace. I want my family to know God. I want them to lead the God's way of life and I want them to ultimately know the Truth, the truth that only by following God, can we find real success in this world and perhaps after our death too. Even after death, if we had been together as a family and we obeyed God, we might stay together, meet each other in the next life. At this moment, I had not learned that far yet. But I am sure, if I continue to seek, I will find an answer.

Now our residential mailbox has become so important to me. It is a channel for me to learn more about God. World Bible School is offering free bible courses and I do not need to pay anything, except for postage stamps. Without mailboxes, I would not be able to receive the words of God.

Gamble In The Kitchen

You can imagine the kitchen to be the casino. Everyday I need to walk to the kitchen. Kitchen is the place where all food are stored and all food are prepared. It is an important place of the house. No food, no energy, and you cannot even think of walking out of the house to work!

What are the things that I gamble in the kitchen? I buy fruits and store them in the refrigerator. I choose nice apples and oranges with beautiful skins. I buy eggs, fish and chicken. I cannot guarantee that all the eggs, fish and chicken are fresh, though the stallholders might say they are 'fresh'. We cannot see that ourselves. We only get to see the external 'beauty' of the products and I hope that I can get the best out of it.

There was once I peeled the mandarin orange, and then the next and so on. It was a nightmare. The 'external' was beautiful, with no brown-dots or anything. After I peeled it, I was surprised to see the core with brown worms. I had to throw it away. I lost. I was scared and disgusted with the worms. I bought them from NTUC Fairprice. Nobody can be blamed. The next orange I peeled and the subsequent ones were all the same and the last one, I threw it away, without even peeling it.

Everyone of us yearns to have our very own home. A home gives us a sense of security and belonging. Hence, it is very important to pick the best one. From far, you can see me. I am the little entrance to the house, known as the door. Many doors come with Residential Mailboxes above me, beside me or at the centre of me. These mailboxes are for postmen to deliver the letters to my owners. I am the medium which helps to connect my owners with the strangers at the door. Everyday, there are many passers-by, good people and bad people. If my owner does not look after me properly, I will allow anyone to enter the house.

I have no names, but I have numbers on my body or just above me or on either sides of me, on the house of my owner. I heard people calling it 'Unit Number' or just Address Plaques! This is how people from afar can find my owner!

My owner personalized their belongings, including me, to suit their preference. They not only help me to be beautiful, they will always ensure that I put on the best security system such as the door knobs, alarm system and so on. When someone comes to the door, I can tell my owners about it. I cannot talk but if my owner is smart, they will guide me. By hanging the address plaques, I am telling the passers-by the identity of the house, my owner. Whoever wants to look for my owner have to seek my attention first.

Not only my I important to the strangers outside the house, inside the house, my brothers and sisters are similar to me. They play the role of screening, privacy and noise protection too. Carpets

There are big carpets and small carpets. Small carpets are sometimes called rugs. There are advantages and disadvantages of putting carpets or rugs at home or in the office space. If you are faced with a bleak expanse of bare concrete, try humanizing it with colour in the form of a low-sheen floor paint or a translucent tint or stain. When there are children at home, the carpet should always be kept clean. We do not want the children to eat all the dirt and furs on the carpet when they are crawling on the carpet.

We spend a lot of time shopping for our favourite carpets to match with the theme of the home and to choose one which both we and our love one likes. Some of the carpets are so precious to us that we like them at first sight. It's not easy to come across good carpets that we like. They bring warmth and comfort to us at home.

But many times, carpets like any other furniture needs our care, especially when they collect dust. When there's animals or pets at home, the carpets is the place where you can collect most of the animals' fur. When carpets are used for dining area, stains and spills are very common too.

Stains And Spills
The key to preventing spills from staining carpets is to act fast. Blot the spill quickly with paper towels or a clean, absorbent towel or cloth. Scrape away any sediment with a spoon. Cover the area with a clean, white towel and place a sheet of plastic or aluminium foil over the towel. Lay books or heavy weights on top. If the area is still moist the next day, repeat the process with fresh towels.

If a spill causes carpet discolouration, dip a clean, white towel in a solution of 1 tablespoon liquid hand dishwashing detergent or half cup white vinegar and half cup warm water. Alternately dab the spot and blot it with a clean, white towel. Repeat until all the spot's colour transfers to the towel. Then cover the area with a clean, white towel until it's dry.

A clean carpet is very important for children's health, especially for children who have asthma.

Vacuuming Carpets
In olden times, people use to hang the carpets on the bamboo rod or clothesline. Then they 'beat' the carpets to free the carpets of dust and dirt. This method of cleaning the carpet is very messy. Dust will be scattering in the air, polluting the air. While people living in the apartments or condominium cannot clean their carpets in this manner too. This old custom of hanging a carpet on a clothesline and beating the dirt out can also break the carpet's backing. Nowadays, with the help of a vacuum cleaner, people can vacuum their carpets instead. This has bring a lot of convenience to home owners who want to keep their house clean and even a good way of maintaining the carpets.

Carpets should be vacuum at least once a week. To remove as much dirt as possible, move the vacuum over the carpet slowly and make several passes over each area. Work in overlapping parallel strokes.

Shampooing carpets
However, even with good maintenance all things will get dirty and there will be remnant and stains on the carpets where vacuum alone cannot be removed. Most carpets will lose its original colour as time passed. The carpets will look 'old' and it is not as 'bright' as it was when you first purchased them. Here's how to brighten a carpet that's not made of wool without shampooing it. First, vacuum the carpet. Mix half cup clear ammonia and 1 pint water; then test the solution on an inconspicuous part of the carpet. If there's no colour change, dip a sponge mop into the solution, wring it almost dry, and run it over the surface of the carpet lightly.

If a carpet is small or lightly soiled, the easiest way to clean it is with an aerosol spray foam, available in supermarkets.

Carpets are primarily used as floor coverings. They accentuate the theme of the room. They may form the plain wall to wall covering to the wide centerpieces. It is as yet difficult to point out where and when did the first carpet and the art of carpet making originated, the general areas demarcated where the carpets may have been first produced are the Persia (Iran), Turkmenistan, central Asia Mongolia and China referred as "Carpet belt".

Carpets developed in Central and western Asia as coverings for beaten-earth floors. From time immemorial, carpets covered the floors of house and tent as well as mosque and palace. In the homes of wealthy Eastern families, floor coverings serve an aesthetic as well as a practical function.

Carpets and rugs are two terms that are often used interchangeably. Both are floor coverings with the only difference in size. Rugs are smaller than carpets.

A carpet is any loom-woven, felted textile or grass floor covering. The term was also used for table and wall coverings, as carpets were not commonly used on the floor in European interiors until the 18th century. They may be hand-knotted, tufted, machine made or felt wool. The hand-knotted pile carpet probably originated in central asia between the 3rd and 2nd millennium BC. Carpet-making was introduced to Spain in 10th century by the Moors. The Crusades brought Turkish carpets to all of Europe, where they were primarily hung on walls or used on tables. Only with the opening of trade routes in the 17th century were significant numbers of Persian rugs introduced to Western Europe. Usually anything larger than 2m or 6.5ft is termed as carpets.

Some use the words carpet and rug interchangeably. Historically, however, some have distinguished between carpet and rug based on size (the former being larger) or use (carpets on floors, rugs on beds or on the hearth). For the sake of clarity, some textile scholars also differentiate between carpets and carpeting. In this usage, the latter are wall-to-wall and are often woven or tufted as "roll goods", most often in 12 foot widths but sometimes in up to 15 foot widths. In the real estate and home improvement industries a distinction is made between carpet (or carpeting) and rug. The former indicates a covering that is affixed to a floor and the latter a floor covering that is loose-laid, most often for decorative purposes.

Rugs do not usually exceed the length of 2m (6.5ft). They usually have multiple uses. They may be used as centerpiece flooring, or hung on wall. They may be used as foot rugs sofa or bed throws or as table decor. They usually have an artistic or stylish touch in terms of patterns, shape or color. They may be as per the themes for a kids room, prayer rugs, for a lounge for a dressing room etc. The style of the rug varies with the purpose. Hand knotted rugs may have intricate patterns of traditional Persian style or more contemporary types but have a rather fine finish. Shagged rugs are more commonly used as bed or sofa throws or corner foot rugs.

The uses of carpets and rugs are many. The ancient nomadic tribes made their own carpets from animals wool, spread them on their tent floors or hung from the walls to provide protection against the creeping insects and dirt etc and insulated the tent to an extent against the cold. They were even used as seat covers or saddlebags or to sleep or to pray on. The rugs and carpets were woven with the patterns depicting flowers, animals and trees, their culture, tradition and religious beliefs. Today the same purpose still hold for carpets. During cold seasons of the year, walking on carpeted floor is much more soothing and warmer than walking on a ceramic flooring!

Besides providing warmth and comfort when walking around the house, carpets serve other functions as well. Most family likes to put a piece of carpet at the entrance or walkways of the house. This enable to guest to feel a 'welcoming' effect. For muslims, carpets are especially even of utmost important for them. Muslims gather together to pray. They sit on the carpet for prayers.

Other important function of the carpets include trapping dust and particles. They add beauty and class to the interior. Chinese and Tibetan rugs were of entirely different style and design. Carpets and rugs can be made from many types of materials and custom rugs are now available. A cottage is a small, single-storied house, or a small vacation house especially in the country.

In modern usage, a cottage is a dwelling, typically in a non-urban location (although there are cottage-style dwellings in cities). In most settings, the term cottage denotes a small, often cozy dwelling, and small size is integral to the description, but in some places, such as Canada, the term exists with no connotation of size at all (cf. vicarage or hermitage). Origin Of The Term
Originally -in the Middle-Ages- cottages housed agricultural workers and their families. The term cottage denoted the dwelling of a cotter. In that early period, a documentary reference to a cottage would most often mean, not a small stand-alone dwelling as today, but a complete farmhouse and yard (albeit a small one). Thus in the Middle-Ages, the word cottage (Lat. "cotagium") seems to have meant not just a dwelling, but have included at least a dwelling (domus) and a barn (grangia), as well as, usually, a fenced yard or piece of land enclosed by a gate (portum)

Painting The House

Preparation
Scraping off loose flaking paint is an important part of preparation before any painting job. For heavy scraping, a pull scrapper is better than a flat blade scrapper.

Make Over
To make a low house look more gracefully proportioned, emphasize its verticals. Paint elements such as doors, shutters and corner trim in a colour that contrasts with the siding.

Accentuate horizontals on a high house. Use a contrasting trim colour or parts such as windowsills, flower boxes, foundation walls, and fascia boards and gutters at the roof edge.

You can also make a house look lower by painting it a dark colour, provided the roof is dark too. A light colour, on the other hand, will help your house look larger.

Maintaining Siding
Before rushing to brighten dingy siding with paint, try washing it. Washing is the first step to a lasting paint job.

A yearly washing helps preserve siding and its finish. For painted wood siding and aluminium siding, use a solution of 1 cup detergent and 1 quart chlorine bleach in 3 gallons of water. Wear gloves, safety goggles and protective garments. Rinse the siding thoroughly.

To spruce up vinyl siding, hose it down; then sponge it with a mild detergent. Rinse with spray from a hose.

It's best to wash siding from bottom to top. The siding soaks up less detergent and as a result, less likely to streak.

A great tool for washing siding is a long car wash brush on a hose.

Stains on Siding
Bleach away green copper stains with a solution of oxalic acid crystals and hot water. Sponge on and wait for 5 minutes then rub with a cloth. Repeat until stain lightens.

If you're going to paint, sand rusty nailheads and surrounding stains with a medium-grit sandpaper to take off as much rust as possible.

As the modern house is comparatively smaller in area, all amenities will have to be built in. There must not be any cumbrous projections and ill-lit or semi-lit passages. There must not be much of difference in level between different parts of the house. The colour wash and the furnishings and even the furniture are selceted with a view to add to beauty and elegance. Everything must contribute to comfort and convenience.

Modern life requires many gadgets and a middle class householder may go in for many of them like a refrigerator, a TV set, a geiger and so on. There must be suitable recesses found for them so that they are housed neatly without being an eyesore or a repository of dust. The building must provide enough rooms for privacy. Even a small house must have space for a kitchen, garden and an oranmental garden; at least space fo ra few pots of flowers and crotons.

In recent years, many economists have recognized that the lack of effective real estate laws can be a significant barrier to investment in many developing countries.
